You can ask questions and share any concerns during this session.

   Answer: The duration of therapy varies for each individual and depends on various factors, including the nature of your concerns, your commitment to the process, and your specific goals. Together, we'll work collaboratively to establish a timeline and regularly assess progress.

3. How confidential is therapy?
   Answer: Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Our sessions are private and strictly confidential within legal and ethical limits. Information shared in therapy remains confidential, fostering a safe and trusting environment for open communication.

 

4. What therapeutic approach or techniques do you use?
   Answer: I utilize various evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs and preferences. These may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR/ Perinatal EMDR), Perinatal Interpersonal Therapy (P-IPT), or others, depending on what aligns best with your goals.

   Answer: Yes, I offer teletherapy services for individuals who prefer remote sessions or cannot attend in-person appointments. Teletherapy provides convenient and accessible therapy sessions via secure online platforms, ensuring continuity of care from the comfort of your preferred location.
